Multnomah Falls Solid Shampoo is best for those with fine hair and/or oily scalps.
To Use: Wet hair thoroughly. Rub shampoo bar across scalp from front to back, apply to length of hair if needed. Set the bar down and work in lather with your fingers. Rinse out.
